Q. How do I subscribe?

A. It's easy. PayPal provides subscription service in a secure payment environment. You will have access to the Library immediately after you have completed the subscription process. Visit the Join Now page to sign up.
Q. What if I don't have a PayPal account?

A. PayPal accounts are free and offer a variety of payment options including major credit cards. Transaction fees are paid by us, the vendor. You may also subscribe by mail if you prefer. Be sure you include your email address as well as your postal address with your order, as all subsequent communication will be by email.
Q. What is your return or cancellation policy?

A. You have full online access to The WiseWords Library immediately after you have enrolled. There is nothing to return, and The WiseWords Library does not offer a refund of the initial subscription. If a client chooses to discontinue their subscription after their initial subscription period, they may contact us within 30 days of the subscription anniversary and we will refund the renewal fee. A client who cancels their subscription must agree to remove the Library from their computer and all backup materials. |
